1. Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

2. How to exercise it

You can notify us of your decision through any of these channels, within the deadline:

• By sending an email to hola@coachingmentorishiprc.com.
• By filling in the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
• By calling +34 697 70 31 33 and then confirming in writing.

State your full name, the purchase date, the programme and edition purchased, and your decision to withdraw. We will confirm receipt in writing on the same business day or the next.

3. If the programme has not started yet

We refund the full amount within 14 calendar days at most from receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. You don't have to do anything else.

4. If you asked to start before the 14 days are up

When you expressly request access to the programme before the withdrawal period ends, you keep that right for the full 14 days.

If you withdraw within the deadline, you will only pay the proportional part for the service already provided up to the moment you notified us of your decision, calculated on the total price purchased and the time elapsed, and we will refund the rest.

5. Downloadable digital materials

The right of withdrawal over downloadable digital materials is lost once you have downloaded them, provided you expressly requested it and acknowledged that loss beforehand. We tell you this clearly before each download and it is recorded.

This loss only affects the downloadable materials, not the rest of the programme.

6. After the withdrawal period

Once the 14 calendar days have passed, no refund applies, except in the following cases:

• We cancel the edition before it starts: we refund the full amount without you having to claim it.
• We seriously breach our essential obligations and do not remedy it within a reasonable period after you notify us in writing: we will refund the proportional part of the service not provided.

7. What does not give the right to a refund

• The client's lack of availability or scheduling problems.
• Not making use of the programme for personal reasons.
• Expectations of results not expressly guaranteed in the contract.

The free extension of support provided for in the DESPIERTA guarantee is an additional benefit at no cost and does not, in itself, give rise to a right to a refund.

8. If you split the payment with a financial institution

If you financed the purchase through a financial institution, such as Sequra Worldwide, S.A., and you exercise your right of withdrawal, we process the refund directly with that institution and your financing will be cancelled or adjusted to the corresponding amount. You don't have to handle it separately or keep paying instalments for a service you have withdrawn from.

9. Refund deadline and method

All refunds are paid within 14 calendar days at most from receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.

10. Complaints

You can send any complaint to hola@coachingmentorishiprc.com or to +34 697 70 31 33, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 (Spain (peninsular) time). We will acknowledge receipt and reply in writing.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies of your country of residence or, if you live in the European Union and it is a cross-border dispute, to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
