We process the data of users and clients resident in the European Union in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and, in Spain, Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only disclose data to the providers we need in order to provide the service, all of them bound by a data processing agreement:
- Training and community platform (including Skool).
- Payment gateway.
- Sequra Worldwide, S.A., only if the split payment is arranged through that entity. In that case, seQura processes your data as an independent controller to assess and manage the financing, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- Email tool.
- Video conferencing provider.
- Web hosting and email.
- Tax and accounting advisers, and the Tax Administration where there is a legal obligation.

5. International transfers
The data controller is established in the United States, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. Some of our providers are also established outside the EEA.
These transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the provider's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can request information about the safeguards applied by writing to the contact address.
6. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw the consent you have given without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, write to hola@coachingmentorishiprc.com stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month at most.
If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risk, including encryption of communications, access control and limiting the authorised personnel.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed exclusively at people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to changes in regulations or in our services. We will always publish the date of the last update.
